Our Nationwide Limited Warranty will be honored at any participating Tire & Service Network provider nationwide*, if you require warranty service 25 or more miles from a Simple Simon Car Care center. So you’ll be protected wherever the road takes you.

*Not all services are provided by all Tire & Service Network locations.

AIR CONDITIONING SERVICES AND COOLING SYSTEM SERVICES

Parts: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

ALIGNMENT ENGINE TUNE-UP

Parts: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
NOTE: Steering or suspension parts installed after the alignment void the warranty.

BELTS AND HOSES (COOLING SYSTEM)

Parts: Lifetime, to the original purchaser.
Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

FRONT BRAKE SPECIAL – 2-WHEEL DISC

Parts: 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Labor: 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first.

BRAKE SERVICES (EXCLUDING FRONT BRAKE SPECIAL & OVERHAUL)

Parts: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

BRAKE OVERHAUL (BRAKE SHOES AND/OR DISC PADS WARRANTED LIFETIME)

Parts: 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Labor: 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Brake Overhaul: Disc and/or drum performed as a package includes:
  Disc — disc pads, resurface rotors, rebuild or replace hydraulic calipers, grease seals (if equipped), associated hardware.
  Drum — brake shoes, resurface drums, new wheel cylinders, grease seals (if equipped), associated hardware. Any and all other brake service or repair is covered under the “Brake Service” warranty.

EXHAUST COMPONENTS (excluding muffler), STEERING, AND SUSPENSION PARTS (excluding drive train components)

Parts: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

MACPHERSON STRUTS– Cartridges, Shocks, and Assemblies

Parts: Standard: 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first)
Parts: Limited: lifetime to the original purchaser
Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first)

MUFFLER

Parts: Standard: 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first)
Parts:Limited: lifetime to the original purchaser
Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first)

WHEEL BALANCE (auto tires only)

Standard: 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first)
Limited*: lifetime to the original tread.
TPMS**: reset procedure not included in lifetime warranty.
A Tread Life Warranty is good for the life of the tread of the tire balanced by Goodyear. Not valid if tire is dismounted. Present warranty folder for a free rotation and computer wheel balance every 6 months or 6,000 miles. (Vehicles requiring mounting or dismounting of tires due to special wheels excluded)

* Must be listed on invoice as “Limited Warranty.”
** TPMS warns the driver when the pressure in one or more of the vehicle’s tires is 25% or more below the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended cold inflation pressure.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover engine/transmission replacement, internal repairs, differentials, tires or batteries. Separate warranties are available for those products. This warranty does not apply to vehicles used commercially. Commercial vehicle repairs: 90 days/4,000 miles, whichever comes first.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser, and the motor vehicle identified on the original repair invoice. Warranty repairs do not extend original warranty periods. The Tire & Service Network Repair Outlet must call 1-800-426-0733 to obtain warranty authorization from the Warranty Administrator prior to any warranty repair being performed. Warranty repair costs are covered up to the cost of the original repair.
